BAR FACE: AT TOP THE OVAL STAMPED SEAL OF THE U.S. MINT AT SAN FRANCISCO, WHICH HAS A HERALDIC AMERICAN EAGLE WITH OUTSTRETCHED WINGS CLUTCHING AN OLIVE BRANCH IN THE RIGHT TALON AND THREE ARROWS IN THE LEFT; STAMPED IN THE CENTER OF THE BAR IS THE SERIAL NUMBER"786", BELOW WHICH IS STAMPED "999.5" AND THE WORD "FINE." STAMPED AT BOTTOM.
